Biography:
Scott Wright is currently the UK Director of Coerver® Coaching, a role that he has held since September 2009. In addition to his UK based role, Scott is also the regional director of the West Midlands programme, a role he has held since May 2005. During his time with Coerver® Coaching, Scott has worked extensively alongside Coerver® Coaching Co-founder Alf Galustian, who is widely recognised as one of the leading skills coaches in the world.

Scott’s role within Coerver® Coaching has seen him deliver the programme both in the UK and Internationally and has worked individually with top professional players including Gareth Bale and Micah Richards in addition to working with coaches and players from a number of professional clubs that includes Newcastle United FC, Bolton Wanderers FC, Blackpool FC, Leeds United FC and Birmingham City FC, Manchester United FC, Manchester City FC, Liverpool FC and Fulham FC.

Scott's current role within professional football is with Premier League™ club Stoke City FC where he works as both Coach Developer and Technical Coach as part of the long term development partnership signed with the club in 2011. Scott and the Coever® programme were brought into the club by first team manager Tony Pullis, assigned with the objectives of developing the next generation of players at the club and to provide a new technical syllabus and coach education programme to facilitate this process.

Scott works predominately with the players and coaches within the Stoke City FC academy but has also worked with the full first team squad. Scott has also written coaching related articles for leading publications including the world's leading football publication, FourFourTwo.

Scott regularly delivers coach education seminars from grassroots to professional level around the UK including assisting Coerver® Coaching Co-Founder Alfred Galustian with the delivery of the 2010/11 Premier League™ skills coaching courses, which were designed to increase the technical coaching knowledge of staff working within the academy system at all 20 Premier League™ clubs.

Scott also makes regular visits to some of the world’s leading academies to ensure awareness of the latest methods and best practice in player development which can then be integrated into the Coerver® Coaching programme both in UK and Internationally.
